Under the leadership of founder, Tommy Rouse, Avenue Twelve scours the country for unique pieces to set our inventory apart. Our 8,000 square-foot warehouse is curated with everything from luxury finds, specialty items, antiques, and custom-built pieces. With this vast inventory at our disposal, combined with our tabletop partners Borrowed Blu, Table Method and BBJ La Tavola, our experienced designers offer the flexibility and creativity to bring your vision to life.

TOMMY ROUSE
tommy@avenuetwelve.comFounder of Avenue Twelve, Tommy Rouse is a three-time Emmy-nominated production designer for his work on the set of Queer Eye. Prior to the Netflix hit, Tommy led production design for industry powerhouses like Oprah, HGTV, Gordon Ramsay, HBO and more, executing hundreds of design makeovers during his decades-long career in television. 2023 marks the start of a new role for Tommy as he steps in front of the camera for the first time with the show Revealed on HGTV.
Tommy’s roots in television serve him well in the events industry. Not just with how fast events come together on the day-of, but the depth of intention that he designs for each of our client’s personal style and needs. Tommy and his team work FAST, but the magic isn’t in what they pull off in a day, it’s in how that one day’s work changes the lives of a family for a lifetime. With the small town of San Luis Obispo as his home base, there is a strong sense of community in everything he does.
When he’s not designing beautiful spaces, you can find Tommy on the pristine hiking trails of the central coast or enjoying craft beers at the local breweries with his husband.

Every element of our organization runs on time and stays on track thanks to her. A warehouse of our size would make anyone’s head spin, but not Jessica’s. Her strong command over every piece and how they complement each other ensures that everything fits your style and arrives at your event on time.
Before joining Avenue Twelve, Jessica ran her own event design company as a wedding planner. Now she gets the best of both worlds—working with the industry’s top event planners from LA all the way up the Central Coast—using her wealth of experience and eye for interior design to bring event concepts to life through our amazing inventory. She’s truly a one-two punch that has enabled Avenue Twelve to level up our systems, services, and planning capabilities.
Jessica lives in the quaint town of Templeton with her husband, their two beautiful children, and cuddly pups. If you are looking for the best SLOcal experience, Jessica has her finger on the pulse for every hot eatery, hotel, bar, salon and boutique in town!
